Interior door blank with 3.2 or 6.5 mm top layer
Our interior door blanks are 41 mm thick, glued D3 according to DIN EN 204 and can optionally be manufactured with cover layers made of 3.2 or 6.5 mm thick slats running lengthwise or crosswise. The stronger version is suitable for surface milling, as long as the milling is carried out the same on both sides.
The core is made up of 3 layers, the structure is variable according to the factory choice. The all-round core banding with at least 22 mm for the fold is enclosed by the cover slats.
The slat width is approx. 100 mm and the structure is simply laid up to the half-image in the shape of a board and sanded with 80 grit.
