Door blanks for interior and exterior doors

  HFront door blank 68 mm:
(1) Surface layer of 6.5 mm wide lamella, AW - according to DIN 68705-2 joint-glued, width of lamella approx. 100 mm, plain up to half the rift, calibrated with granulation 80.
(2) 3-ply core, cross-banded, variable construction.
(3) All-around gluing with 2x22 mm for the rabbet.
     
  Interior door blank 41 mm:
(1) Surface layer of 6.5 mm wide lamella, suitable for surface milling, providing that it is identical on both sides! D3 - according to DIN EN 204 joint-glued, width of lamella 100 mm, plain up to half the rift, calibrated with granulation 80.
(2) 3-ply core, cross-banded, variable construction.
(3) All-around gluing with 22 mm for the rabbet, for wider rabbets 2 edges possible.
     
  Interior door blank 41 mm:
(1) Surface layer of 6.5 mm wide lamella, D3 - according to DIN EN 204 joint-glued, width of lamella 100 mm, plain up to half the rift, calibrated with granulation 80.
(2) 3-ply core, cross-banded, variable construction.
(3) All-around gluing with 22 mm for the rabbet, for wider rabbets 2 edges possible.
     
 
  Climate testing: Test climate C according to DIN EN 1121 (23° C/30 % r.F. und 3° C/85 % r.F.) Test specimen corresponds to tolerance class 2 according to DIN EN 1530.
